We offer services for free, like datalog review, and tuning suggestions. We are enthusiasts as well, and our dedication reflects that. All of our tuners own and drive the same vehicle they are tuning for and the experience they have gained for themselves over the years is made available to you. We have been E-tuning since the name was invented and our tuners have been working with tuning solution developers since their product release date, in some cases before. Not only are these guys great at what they do but are down to earth and will answer and help someone with any questions or concerns they have during the tuning process. Only a handful of revisions later the car was fully tuned and running better and beyond my expectations with some simple bolt-on’s.
Once I re-flashed the car with the new map it felt completely different from throttle response to VTEC hitting harder. Richard was the one tuning my CSX this time and sent me a custom map with the first message.
Once I installed the Flashpro I contacted E-tunez and once again they responded within the day.
#Vit etuner mods
my mods included a cold air intake and CatBack exhaust, nothing major done and it ran great with these simple mods. This E-tune that I had done this time was on my 2010 Acura CSX type S. This is my 4th tune with the guys at E-tunez and I am yet again amazed at the professionalism of service I received yet again. Please also enjoy one of the videos I took of the final run, I think it’s awesome to be able to visualize your work in a video since we’ve just been going back and forth through email and logs!Īmazing work again on this tune Richard, I really appreciate everything you’ve done! In one of the photos you can also see a DynoJet estimate which was 260HP, and in some of the other photos you can see the engine HP vs the wheel HP. I wouldn’t be surprised if we got more power out on a colder day. Crazy! Also taking into consideration, it was a hot one today, ambient temps were about 80 degrees F and inside the shop was probably even hotter. He said that if you look, the torque only dips slightly in the higher RPM’s, but the power doesn’t drop and wants to keep climbing past 8,400 RPMs. According to the guy here, he was quite surprised by the outcome. You can see in the photos the numbers we pushed out, along with the dyno graph. We did 3 runs and our best runs put out about 232 HP and 160 lb ft of torque! On top of that, the Mustang dynos are known to read lower but more realistically since they put a load on the car to mimic real world situations.
Got it tested at Dantes Modular Performance here in San Diego, and he has a Mustang Dynamometer. I just got the car dyno tested today and we made some great power. Thanks again and really happy with the tune. Thank you and all the best to you too, but I am sure you will be hearing from me again in the near future when I am asking for 400 whp (I know I said 375 whp before lol). As usual, the car feels perfect, smooth, and healthy with the final tune. I will definitely be reaching out to you again when I get the MercRacing supercharger kit or do any other modifications to my car. I really appreciate your gesture to continue to help me with my modification goals and will reach when I have question.

It’s clear that they were not working with you guys! The process was very professional and straight forward and will not hesitate to recommend E-Tunez to friends. I was expecting it to be a hassle since I did not know what to expect and go on for 6 months or more – based on what others have experienced with different tuners. At first I was little worried since this is my first custom tune and the whole e tuning process is new to me. Thank you very much for the advice, knowledge, and making my car run perfect!
